Where does my parcel get shipped from?

From our warehouse in Mount Wellington, Auckland.

Is pick-up available?

Weekdays: No regular pickups. By appointment only. Please confirm your appointment with us before arriving  

Weekends: Pickup available 2:30PM - 6PM

Can I pick up from nearby delivery depot ?

Yes. We use NZ Post to deliver you order, which has hundreds of 'Collect my Parcel' locations around New Zealand. Locations include participating NZ Post retail outlets, Countdown stores and Z Energy stations.

Is my parcel discreet?

Yes. We use strictly inconspicuous packaging, including plain brown boxes and padded envelopes. There are no external logos, product names, or branding of any kind on the outside of the parcel to ensure your order remains entirely private.

No need to worry at all—you can enjoy complete peace of mind regarding your delivery.

Is my parcel environmentally friendly?

Yes. We are committed to promoting sustainability in every way we can! Our shipping boxes are crafted from corrugated fiberboard, and we use brown packing paper for tape, both of which are entirely recyclable. Additionally, our bubble cushion incorporates partially recycled plastic materials.

What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect it to?

You can monitor the progress of your order using the tracking link sent to you via email. However, if your package is delayed by more than three business days, please get in touch with us.
